   Own product quality for crypto mining hardware from NPI through sustaining, managing quality strategy for high-performance mining rigs in emerging technology space.• Built quality operations from ground zero at new offshore factory with new CM, delivering latest mining rig on aggressive timeline with achieved targeted yields• Developed complete quality framework (IQC, IPQC with detailed inspection criteria, OQC, ORT) to ensure production units met mining efficiency specifications• Drove factory qualification and ramp-up in partnership with cross-functional teams, establishing traceability systems and leading FACA efforts to resolve process and material issues from initial build through ongoing production• Manage full product lifecycle quality including sustaining operations, continuously optimizing manufacturing yield and hashrate consistency across production units to maintain competitive mining performance
