Hello! I\'m Andrea Salinas, a dedicated Senior at the University at Buffalo majoring in Data Analytics and Marketing. As a first-generation Latina student, I am driven to connect my professional skills with initiatives that empower and uplift my community. In my current role as a Sales Representative at Vector Marketing, I exceeded sales targets by generating over $1,500 in revenue, achieving a promotion through effective product demonstrations and customer relationship building. Previously, as a Marketing Intern at the Ibero Business Center, I collaborated with the Marketing and Development team to design targeted marketing strategies that increased program participation for local entrepreneurs. I also organized events and led public outreach efforts to expand awareness within the Hispanic community. At the Red Cross, I developed an organized system on excel to manage donor information, contributing to the accurate tracking of over in donations. My role at UB Homework Helpers involved creating strategic social media campaigns, resulting in a growth of 50+ new followers and greater community engagement. Outside of academics, I am involved in leadership and professional organizations, including the Association of Latino Professionals For America (ALPFA), Delta Sigma Pi, and the UB Investment Club. These experiences have strengthened my leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, fueling my drive for excellence. I\'m looking for a full-time job in data analysis and marketing with a company that promotes inclusivity, diversity, and constructive social effect. My ideal position would enable me to use my expertise in marketing strategy and data-driven insights to produce significant outcomes while assisting with projects that improve marginalized communities. I have a specific interest for advocating for the Latino community as a first-generation Latina, and I would love to be a part of an organization that shares this dedication.
