ABOUT ANDREA ROSSI

I work as Neuroradiology Division Chief at the Giannina Gaslini Institute of Genoa, the largest pediatric institution in Italy, and also as Professor of Neuroradiology at the University of Genoa. I am the President of the European Society of Neuroradiology (ESNR), a board member of the European Board of Neuroradiology (EBNR), and the Past-President of the Italian Association of Neuroradiology (AINR). I have co-organized the European Course in Pediatric Neuroradiology since 2010. I have been appointed Neuro Subcommittee Chair for ECR 2010 and Pediatric Neuro Scientific Chair for the 21st Symposium Neuroradiologicum (Taipei, 2018). I was Co-President of the International Congress of Pediatric Radiology (IPR) held in Rome in October 2021. I am the Co-President of the 1st European Pediatric Neuroradiology in Budapest, 2024. My scientific activity is focused on Pediatric Neuroradiology and is composed of original articles, invited reviews and books. I was editor of the pediatric section for the scientific journal “Neuroradiology” and sit in the editorial committees of the journals “Pediatric Radiology” and “Journal of Neuroradiology”. I am a honorary member of the European Society of Paediatric Radiology, the Society for Pediatric Radiology, the Belgian Society of Radiology, the Serbian Society of Neuroradiology, the Turkish Society of Neuroradiology and the Bulgarian Association of Radiology. I have been awarded the Gold Medal of the American Society of Pediatric Neuroradiology in 2023
