Coordination of HR processes i.e. performance review, feedback campaign, learning plan and competence recognition: interface with Europe CoE and harmonization at local level, organization of training for managers and communications to all employees, monitoring and analysis of process KPIs. Implementation of organizational transformation projects. Interface with the South West Europe Cluster and strategy implementation at local level, finalization of the new organizational structure in collaboration with the involved direction, coordination of HR practices related to the employee lifecycle, support to internal stakeholders in managing administrative practices and updating systems. & Responsible for trainings and awareness-raising activities in the fields of Gender Equity, Disability and LGBTQIA+, implementation of the UNI/PdR 125 certification and KPI monitoring for the purposes of follow-up audits, CSR campaigns and company volunteering program coordination.
