As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at gener8tor, a nationally ranked startup accelerator, I have increased the application pool by 50% through developing unique sourcing strategies via LinkedIn and social media channels. I have also improved the efficiency of our onboarding processes by 70% through creating a platform to track the stages of new hires.
