When viewing the total rewards strategy of an employer, it is so much more than just health insurance. The old adage that you never know what someone else is going through holds true. For employee benefits, it cannot be looked at solely as the cost of health insurance coming out of one\'s paycheck. What if the health insurance cost went up more than an employees annual raise did? What message is the employer to give their employees? There are many components that go into developing a total rewards strategy. I take pride in being able to assist employers in finding ways to better the lives of their employees, one benefit consideration at a time.
