   Lead and develop a best in class team of 3 directors and a 25 field-based FRM team aligned with ENDOs vision, mission and values. I hold the field based team accountable for KPIs and MBOs of a high performing reimbursement team focusing on overcoming reimbursement issues, expertise in specialty pharmacy/specialty distributer and drop ship channels as well as Medicare Part B, Medicaid, and impact national and regional payers for favorable patient access to ENDO specialty products. Also develop continuous high impact reimbursement knowledge enhancement training for the team. • Lead Patient Support/HUB support services to ensure vision creation, implementation, accountability, and execution on the ever-changing needs of patient support in the specialty space. Team consists of a Director, Senior Manager and 2 HUB vendors across 5 specialty brands • Implement and maintain case management analytical tools that monitor the reimbursement climate for Endo Specialty products. Strategically collaborate with IT, Trade, External Partners (SSP and HUB) to ensure effective case management tools for the field and internal stakeholders. • Turn strategy into action; proactively develops own functional area to be prepared for the future by ensuring long-term success by encouraging forward thinking to revolutionize ENDOs impact on reimbursement and the specialty product acquisition process
