As a Partner, I lead our Infrastructure team in the UK. Some of my personal roles include: I led EY’s development of the UK Government’s first Project Delivery Framework, authored the Cost Estimating Guidance, and co-developed project initiation tools—now mandated across the GMPP to improve delivery outcomes. I’ve served as the Lead Consulting Partner for the UK’s Carbon Capture Use & Storage (CCUS) programme, advising the SRO on programme design, system architecture and cost assessment. I lead EY\'s UK Infrastructure team, partnering with public and private sector clients to deliver capital programmes and transform assets through people, technology and innovation. As a consultant I have 20+ years of experience helping clients to set up, deliver and transform large infrastructure projects in Europe and North America. My work has spanned sectors including rail, renewables, utilities, and carbon capture, contributing to programmes totaling over £300 billion in built assets.I became a Civil Engineer to work on projects that shape society for the better. I am passionate about creating sustainable infrastructure for future generations and an advocate for equality of access to opportunities - within our teams, our industry and in the community.
