ABOUT ANDREA PALM-PORTER
Executive Director | Consultant | Coach | Facilitator | Instructional Designer | Trainer As the Executive Director of Roaring Fork Leadership (RFL), I am passionate about guiding this non-profit towards expanding its impact beyond traditional leadership education. At RFL, we strive to provide meaningful opportunities for individuals to practice and apply their leadership skills for the betterment of our communities. With over 30 years of experience driving strategic growth and fostering strong business relationships in a multi-million dollar media organization, I bring a wealth of expertise to my current role. My career has been marked by a dedication to revenue growth, relationship development, facilitation, product innovation, and project execution. My educational background includes Master\'s of Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University and my undergrad degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing & Leadership from the University of Eau Claire. Additionally, I am a graduate and former board member of the Vail Leadership Institute, an alumnus of the American Leadership Forum, and a participant in past RFL community class sessions. I have worked with the Boettcher Foundation and CSU in creating a leadership eco-system throughout Colorado. Outside of my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to raising my four children - Tucker, Tessa, Brody, and Ruby Belle - to be exemplary individuals with enduring relationships. I am a firm believer in contributing to a world characterized by workability, compassion, and discovery. Living in the Colorado mountains since 1997, I find solace and inspiration in nature, whether I\'m cycling or skiing. I am actively involved in my community through various initiatives and roles.
