I consider myself to be a dedicated and dependable individual with good communication skills. I am very focused and very deliberate about my input to an organization. A result-driven human resource professional with significant experience that cut across HR strategical planning, business analysis and client relations management. I work with intent to offer value and move an organization to the next level. My drive is my passion for my job and that is the force that keeps me focused on my goal. I manage strategies to ensure the organization reaches its business goals, as well as conducting efficient negotiations and contributing significantly to the corporate decision-making process, which includes assessments for current employees and predictions for future ones based on business demands. I work towards reducing costs, such as with recruitment and retention. To increase productivity, I use effective performance measures, a competitive and well-designed compensation structure to draw highly skilled and qualified professionals, to keep them motivated and dedicated to their jobs.
