Operations Management on site: Budget follow up and reporting, review and approval of purchase orders, day to day operations supervision, etc- Generating and implementing school policies and procedures to ensure student safety, order and discipline as well as the best learning environment possible- Staff Management: Direct supervision of over 25 teachers and staff members- Accountable for the center\'s payroll - Main responsible for the hiring process of new personnel- Personnel Development activities such as performance reviews, training programs, workshops planning, creation of metrics and evaluations for PIPs, etc- Identification and action plans for continuous improvement- Supervision and approval of staff’s schedule, PTO, leaves, etc- Research, development and evaluation of curricula, teaching procedures and educational materials- Ensure compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements, as well as all applicable state and federal laws- Focal point for community relations, public relations (PR) and networking/professional events, fostering and maintaining referral sources, etc- Conduct tours with interested families and walk them through the enrollment process.
