In this executive capacity, I steer the innovation, digital, and strategic initiatives at Idee per Viaggiare, acting as the primary orchestrator of our digital transformation agenda. My role has evolved from hands-on architecture to strategic governance, focusing on aligning technology, people, and processes to achieve our business vision.This strategic perspective is uniquely informed by a 360-degree journey through the company. Having moved from operational planning and growth marketing to the hands-on design and administration of our core digital systems (Salesforce, Slack), I have gained a holistic understanding of our business that would be impossible to achieve otherwise. This foundation allows me to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level execution, ensuring that our innovation is not only ambitious but also practical and effective.My primary responsibility is to serve as a strategic advisor to the ownership and the Strategy Director, translating high-level business goals into a cohesive and actionable digital roadmap. This strategy is defined through a close, peer-level collaboration with key leaders (the CIO, Head of Digital, and CRM Manager) and reports directly to the Strategy Director. My role then extends to orchestrating the execution of this vision, guiding the implementation of our digital ecosystem to ensure synergy across all teams and platforms. Underpinning this entire process is a deep commitment to championing a culture of continuous innovation, empowering our people to make the data-driven decisions that solidify our status as Trailblazers.
