I have worked in numerous industries that revolve around real estate. Starting from the basics of construction to high level financial modeling. I am a project manager for an assisted living project in Harding, New Jersey that encompasses over 250 assisted & independent living units, 40 carriage homes, a banquet hall, and many other amenities. Meanwhile, I am a commercial real estate investment advisor with IPRG. I bring deep expertise in warehousing, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and development opportunities across Essex and Union Counties. With over $1 billion in asset underwriting experience spanning New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania, I have become a key player in the region’s industrial and development markets.Recent transactions led by myself include the successful closings of SF, SF, and SF warehouse properties, as well as approximately 200 multifamily development units throughout Essex County.
