Major Duties & Key SuccessesAs Director of Human Resources, I provided strategic oversight and management of three distinct HR divisions — Peter Thomas Roth, June Jacobs Labs, and RBJL Training — ensuring alignment of policies, culture, and compliance across the organizations. Partnering directly with the EVP, Managing Director, and C-suite leaders (CMO, CFO, COO), I helped shape a high-performance culture that strengthened organizational effectiveness and team cohesion.A core achievement was the implementation of a new payroll, benefits, and HRIS/HRMS system. I led the full project lifecycle: vendor selection, process design, employee transition, and provider negotiations. The result was streamlined payroll operations, expanded employee benefits, reduced costs, higher accuracy, and greater employee satisfaction.I also redesigned the company’s performance management framework, introducing a new appraisal process consistently applied across all divisions. This created structure around feedback delivery, employee development, and performance improvement, while elevating accountability across teams.To ensure compliance and consistency, I authored and implemented employee handbooks for all three divisions, bringing clarity to workplace policies and aligning with legal standards.On the talent front, I drove full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring the right capabilities were in place to support growth. Beyond recruitment, I actively coached and advised managers on leadership, feedback, and performance management practices, enhancing both manager effectiveness and employee engagement.Finally, I played a critical role in HR integration during a major corporate restructuring, aligning people processes and policies to stabilize operations, retain key talent, and ensure smooth business continuity.
