Freelance advisor on modernising the administration, on diversity at the workplace, and on transformational leadership. Former head of Division Z in the German Federal Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection; my workfields included HR, organization, internal communication, budget, and modernising the administration. Besides, I am a designer, developer and publisher of board and card games and co-founded a sales co-operative for board games. I am a member of the Hertie School Advisory Council as well as former GMF- and McCloy-fellow and participant in the Santander W50-program at LSE.
