Our Peer Leader program has a positive impact on each new hire, providing coaching, connection, and guidance in their first year. Resoundingly positive feedback from program participants, new hires, and sales leaders-Manage a successful remote selling program built upon core competencies, best practices in learning, and data. Identified competencies, sourced and created content, led 20+ content creators, gained leader buy-in, and managed communication. Delivered via asynchronous certification courses, live regional sessions, and a best practices channel in Slack. 99.9% of salespeople at the rep level took the training and 93% of all sales. Participant reviews were highly positive - 92% rated effective or very effective. There was an unprecedented level of peer-to-peer sharing in the accompanying Slack channel. Program subsequently adopted by our global businesses-Build a learning culture by creating virtual, in-person, and social stages for salespeople to lead and collaborate. Manage an active best practices sharing Slack channel.
