About Andrea McStay
I have devoted a lot of effort over the years to studying society and the impact that relationships have on flourishing businesses. My interdisciplinary studies degree, with a focus in psychology and business management, helped me develop my outlook on life. I enjoy being able to observe the environment and consider how communication influences everything we do as well as how leaders are shaped by it. The key to success, in my opinion, is to listen to others and have the fortitude to accept criticism while learning from it.Especially in healthcare, communication is the thread that connects it all. That mindset is what led me to locum staffing. It’s a space where I get to build real partnerships, solve meaningful challenges, and support physicians and APPs in making a difference. I love being able to connect the dots between what healthcare systems need and the people who can deliver.For me, it all comes down to listening, staying adaptable, and leading with heart.
