A passionate commercial leader with extensive strategic marketing and sales leadership and management experience within the pharmaceutical industry. My core focus is to utilise science, business and solution-oriented entrepreneurship in collaborative and high-performing teams to deliver on the primary goal of business success for my organisation and healthcare in Australia. This is achieved by creating customer & patient brand solutions so to ensure access to life changing medicines to help us live longer, happier and healthier lives. By developing and implementing innovative strategic business management plans to enhance value-based customer and patient engagement in a myriad of therapeutic areas over my career to date, I have been able to co-create strategic alliances and partnerships, generate innovative brand and company solutions to achieve optimal business outcomes. I am known as a proven high sales and marketing success who consistently meets or exceeds targets by leveraging my skills and that of my team, to build trusting relationships with key stakeholders including government, healthcare organisations and leading medical experts globally with accountability, integrity and respect as core values which underpin the business results achieved throughout my career. My expertise includes selling and leading brand development throughout their lifecycle, from pre-licensure, new product launch, effective relationship management, targeted omni-channel development, and optimal sales account effectiveness and planning, crisis management, product tenders, right through to end-of-life cycle management and brand market exit.
