I’m a startup founder, educator and recovering attorney focused on helping entrepreneurs master their finances and access the capital they deserve.After two decades in private equity & venture capital law and fund formation at firms like PIMCO, AngelList & SAX Capital, I saw firsthand how complex financial systems and a lack of practical support hold many entrepreneurs back, especially those from underserved communities.
