I’m an energy executive with a mission: to accelerate the transformation of the grid and energy systems for a decarbonized future.With 20 years in clean energy (including five in the nuclear Navy!) and a PhD in Organizational Leadership, I bring deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and a collaborative mindset to some of the toughest challenges facing the energy transition.At Cadmus, I lead a 140+ person team of engineers, economists, and data scientists advising utilities, regulators, and state energy offices on cutting-edge strategy, policy, and program design. From energy efficiency to DER integration, we’re building the blueprint for what’s next.My perspective is shaped by a career that spans building operations, utility programs, and public/private sector strategy. I\'m a U.S. Navy veteran, a licensed engineer (WA PE #49392), and passionate about cross-sector collaboration to scale impact.
