ABOUT ANDREA MALDIFASSI
I\'m an Italian Innovation Strategist and Designer, currently working at MAIZE.io in Milan. My passion lies in conducting design research, shaping innovation scenarios, and devising solutions for contemporary challenges. Since July 2017, I\'ve been at the forefront of projects, guiding them from identifying user and business needs to delivering meaningful concepts. Committed to a human(ity)-centered approach, I ensure that clients, users, and stakeholders all play a role in the process My journey has led me through diverse paths, countries, and cultures since 2009. I\'ve dabbled in gardening and art exhibitions, pursued a Bachelor\'s in Interior Design and an MSc in Design and Innovation at Shanghai\'s Tongji University, I’ve been published in the ADI Design Index 2015 and ultimately achieved an MSc in Product Service System Design. This voyage has taken me from Ankara to Shanghai, Guangzhou to Milan, enriching my perspectives along the way. I also share my expertise through teaching at major corporations, where I share my expertise in research, design, and innovation. I\'ve served as a speaker at both public and private conferences, and I\'ve conducted lectures and workshops at various universities. Happy with food, Pink Floyd, and a backpack.
