ABOUT ANDREA MACCARONE
In am an enthusiastic professional with 7 years of working experience matured mainly in international organization, with expertise in M&A, transactions and business development. Throughout my career, I had the opportunity to develop the capability to simultaneously interact with a multitude of different stakeholders case-by-case involved in the transactions/projects. I had as well the opportunity to liaise with an international variety of different working cultures thanks to the constant interaction with international counterparties and working on investment opportunities in all the main European markets. In addition, I focused on the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills: both bottom-up with a proactive behavior in anticipating business needs and proposing solutions, and top-down trying to inspire collaboration, team work, responsibility, accountability and personal/professional growth. I am a wine lover and collector, passion that I cultivate through study and dedicated travels. In my free time, I cultivate as well my passion for nutrition, bodybuilding and reading.
