ABOUT ANDREA M. SINGER

With twenty-three years experience in software and data analysis, I still haven’t decided if I stay in product support for the people or the puzzles. I love a challenge and can learn anything I put my mind to, helping people will always provide the biggest reward. Zotec users are undeniably the most devoted to the core goal, make patient care simpler for physicians across the country.Helping users define problems, product owners prioritize them and stake holders see them clearly has been challenging and rewarding. Implementing the final solution is an even better feeling. Bring the problem to the table, the solution is out there, I firmly believe it.Whether I’m mocking up a UI for a custom solution, detailing requirements in user stories for code changes, testing and reporting anomalies to the business or PO, supporting an administrator with Database and Networking issues, mentoring a tech or providing one-on-one end-user training… I love it. It’s the pace and challenge that keeps my heart pumping, and I believe my desire to learn motivates others.
