   The coordination, tracking and planning of the global training program for the Regulatory Science organization. Manage operational activities of the Regulatory Scientific Affairs team, including newsletter creation and communication to drive Bayer Crop Science LTO. Coordinate global training programs formation, planning, and management, focusing on critical skills and development needs required by Regulatory Science (RS) employees as informed by recurrent reviews with functions and the RSAc (Regulatory Science Academy) Management Board Evaluate core Regulatory Science (RS) training portfolio and create recommendations to management and Coordinate training proposals and advance improvements to existing programs Deliver major core training resources for RS employees supporting the understanding of the Regulatory Function and induction to individual roles within the organization Maintain training performance metrics, proactively manage training programs risks, and develop mitigation activities and contingency plans as needed Develop and implement a new more dynamic RSAc model that leverages grassroots initiatives an existing training and capacity building activities within RS departments to raise the standard and visibility of such activities Identify and create groups of related trainings to establish and formalize, when possible, recognized curricula to support and incentivize talent retention and career development Leverage existing and new platforms (AskDelphi) to provide role based training suggestions and offers to support access and clarity for people development on employees current and desired roles Partner with relevant groups and leaders to identify emerging opportunities, including digital solutions, to accelerate learning programs development and execution Assist science and regulatory information managers in collating, organizing, and packaging scientific information for various outreach and communication uses.
