In my role as Controller, I manage a portfolio of lease contracts, ensuring operational efficiency and administrative compliance. I coordinate space requests and releases and oversee economic flows related to rents and other property-related items.My main responsibilities include- Planning and managing Budgets, Interim Revisions, monthly financial reports, and closing accounts, with a focus on optimizing economic flows-Analyzing sector economic indices to support strategic decisions and define property guidelines and profitability objectives-Overseeing and optimizing the contract management cycle, from needs assessment to contract drafting and administrative management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processes-Collaborating with the Group\'s real estate structures for the contractual, operational, and strategic management of corporate real estate, fostering a shared vision and tangible results.I contribute to the enhancement and efficiency of corporate real estate assets, combining analytical skills, operational management, and strategic vision.
