About Andrea Ledvina
I have graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a double Bachelor in Science in Marketing and Business Communication. After my completion of my coursework and graduation, I started with Quad in Sussex, WI in 2021 in their Corporate Trainee Program. The product lines I worked within at Quad have included Human Resources, Customer Experience, Account Management in Magazine and Catalogs, Recruitment, Account Management in Packaging, Client Services, and since 2024; a Sales Support Specialist- Sales role at our Franklin Packaging Facility. In January 2025, I have graduated from the Corporate Trainee Program and work in our Franklin, WI Facility as a Sales Support Specialist in Packaging. I help support current customer accounts and also acquire and prospect for new potential work within Packaging at Quad. Additionally to my role as a Corporate Trainee, I was the Recruiting Coordinator for our Corporate Trainee Program Summer Internship. I assisted in recruitment, positioning, interviewing and execution of the Internship including events enhance the Interns experience at Quad from 20••••24. Over 20 individuals have returned to Quad from our Internship to full employment, the Trainee Program or for another summer with our internship program.
