As part of this role I develop broadcast media sales operations strategy and positioning within the national marketplace. This includes being responsible for ensuring we play a leading role in the marketplace from an electronic business strategy perspective and identifying areas of potential automation along with prioritizing the allocation of effort from a corporate point of view.I lead the development and implementation of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction objectives and strategies with appropriate metrics and KPIs to ensure achievement of our business strategies. This includes- Leading the group that plans, populates and evaluates daily playlists for TV and Radio for both english and french networks- Developing and implementing strategic and operational initiatives to support and optimize television programming and scheduling systems and processes- Leading and managing various project teams in implementing change management initiatives, as well as direction and motivation of the team responsible for program scheduling, playlist preparation, reconciliation and CRTC logging for all CBC English Networks
