I keep up with my clients after I close the deal. I mainly get referrals from past clients. I love finding first time buyers homes and holding their hand through the process. They are so excited and it is rewarding to be a part of that. I love having open houses and meeting new clients. I have sat at model homes and pre-sold new construction for several builders. This is a favorite of mine watching the house go up and the picking colors and brick process.
