I like to build things. Everything from ice cream sundaes to strategic plans to sound policies - and anything in between. Most of all, I like to build relationships. I enjoy learning about people and what makes them tick, and partnering with them to support their growth. I have the skills to build infrastructure and processes, improve workplace culture, manage large teams, lead business development efforts, and drive the implementation of multifaceted strategic and change management initiatives. I constantly push myself and others to ask that challenging, unpleasant question that inevitably leads to many important and complex conversations. I\'m not afraid to tackle a thorny issue.I like to split my time between strategizing about The Big Picture and rolling up my sleeves to dive into the weeds, and think that a beautiful thing happens when an organization understands the power of investing in people who can do both well. I value my ability to communicate with colleagues on all levels, and am intentional about creating relationships between people in different roles and from diverse backgrounds. My greatest love in life is learning. I’m an avid reader with an insatiable appetite for innovation and continuous improvement, and I make it my mission to collaborate and connect as frequently as possible with passionate, committed, mission-oriented humans who work for good. I\'m always looking to connect with folks who can teach me new things.
