My name is Andrea Kirsch and I am currently the Manager and Co-Leader of the Talent Sourcing with Axiom Law. I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and is where I call home. No, I don\'t love the snow but I do love our football team. Go Bills! I love all things Disney, traveling and hanging out with family and friends. I have worked in legal recruiting since 2021 and have a passion for helping lawyers find interesting and challenging work. I have experience recruiting for legal talent globally, having worked with attorneys in the US, Canada and the UK markets. My expertise lies within commercial contracts, technology transactions, data privacy and life sciences. I currently help lead our Talent Sourcing Team and love helping the team achieve their goals and seeing them succeed.
