About Andrea Kiang

As a Sustainability Program Manager at B Lab, I build and manage partnerships with 19 country partners in Latin America to drive the growth and retention of B Corp-certified companies. B Corp is a global movement of businesses that meet the highest standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. I am passionate about social and environmental responsibility, impact analysis, and community building, and I am inspired by uplifting the voices of the most vulnerable populations and creating a global sustainable community. My educational background in international studies and political science, as well as my experience in human rights and immigration, have shaped my interests and values in this field. I am always eager to learn new skills and languages and to travel and explore new cultures and perspectives. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I have studied and worked in China, Minnesota, and Texas. I am excited to continue to create partnerships in a global environment and use data storytelling to accelerate positive change.

   Build relationships with directors and regional partners in 19 different Latin American countries and support strategic alignment for ongoing, cross-functional needs, achieved 100% of 2022 regional team goal •Create and improve operational processes for internal team, such as automated Salesforce and Excel data reports and knowledge resources, reduced customer wait time by 50% in 2022 •Manage a mixed pipeline of 200+ prospective clients (from startups to employees) to drive client growth and retention in our Latin America market, surpassed 2023 Q1 regional team goal by 56% •Lead the project management and tracking of ongoing projects for regional team, utilizing tools such as Asana and Salesforce to execute ongoing process improvements and on-site audit travel •Orchestrated 2023 onsite certification audits as primary lead for 4 companies in Ecuador, Chile, and Argentina, which included documentation review, employee interviews, and facility tour
