Product & Strategy Lead for the Retail Segment. We build and distribute individual insurance products through Direct-to-Consumer channels and 3rd party distribution partnerships. We specialize in dental as well as supplemental health products that meet the needs of the modern workforce. My goal is to help broaden Guardian\'s individual product portfolio by bringing new, innovative insurance offers to market quickly and developing our long-term product roadmap informed by market and customer insights. This requires tight collaboration with teams across Guardian to execute on these ideas as well as strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication.Furthermore, part of my role is evaluating the role of 3rd party products that are complementary to our insurance offers & testing customer interest and demand.
