I’ve had the pleasure of working in the Learning and Development field for over 15 years. It is exciting to witness and be a part of the evolution of this field move from teacher-centered to learner-centered instruction. My experience includes Instructional Design, eLearning development, Instructor Lead, virtual training, curriculum development, peer training/mentoring, quality auditing/monitoring, LMS administration and evaluating the effectiveness of programs. I have a successful history of working with professionals in various departments throughout the organization to meet business goals.My approach to a project depends on the project goals, available resources and timelines, but at the very core, I always focus on the end user by asking, “What does this user need to know right now in order to successfully perform this task?
