About Andrea Holzwarth
Andrea Holzwarth has more than a decade of experience working across K–12 education, higher education, and workforce development. Her work has centered on strengthening operations, improving the customer experience, and building partnerships that help schools and districts implement programs more effectively.Before joining College Board, Andrea spent nine years at Project Lead The Way, where she led customer operations, including sales enablement, onboarding, implementation, and grant processes for thousands of schools nationwide. She worked closely with teams across sales, product, events, and customer success to simplify contracting and onboarding, support new district engagement, and develop more consistent ways of working. Earlier in her career, she managed recruitment and outreach efforts for the College of Engineering at Wichita State University, including scholarship administration and K–12 engagement.Throughout her career, Andrea has been drawn to work that brings people together, reduces complexity, and helps organizations deliver a better experience for educators and students.
