Andrea L. Hintz is an experienced trademark attorney with over a decade of practice focused on trademark prosecution, enforcement, and brand strategy. As Trademark Counsel for Resonate IP, Andrea assists clients with trademark prosecution and brand enforcement initiatives. Prior to joining Resonate IP, Andrea served as senior in-house counsel for two leading online sports betting and gaming companies. In these roles, she advised on trademark clearance and enforcement matters, drafted terms and conditions for numerous online sportsbook and casino promotions and sweepstakes, reviewed advertising and marketing materials for compliance with state online gaming regulations and advertising laws, and negotiated endorsement, sponsorship, advertising, and trademark agreements. Earlier in her career, Andrea practiced at Mayer Brown LLP and Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where she co-managed global trademark portfolios for clients across a range of industries. Her work included advising on domestic and international trademark matters, developing anti-counterfeiting strategies, and supporting comprehensive global brand protection efforts. Andrea is licensed to practice in Colorado (2020), Illinois (2014), and Oregon (pending).
