As the National Project Facilitator for Little\'s Healthcare Studio, I directly report to Healthcare\'s Global Practice Leader and work in conjunction with the Healthcare studios in Orlando, Durham, DC, and LA.I am responsible for projects from initiation to completion, ensure production of product is delivered efficiently and to the satisfaction of the customer or client, designate duties or assignments to people assisting with project, and overseeing the timeline and communicating to anyone involved accordingly.I am heavily involved during the construction administration phase, using AIA Contracts and the Newforma platform for project organization. Newforma aids in the receiving, recording, distributing, and submitting, RFIs, Submittals, Pay Applications, and Change Orders during the Construction Administration phase. In addition to my role as project facilitator i have become heavily involved with out marketing team, executing professional and impressive marketing proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials specifically for Healthcare.
