About Andrea Grice
Andrea Grice joined Community Dental Partners in July 2017 as the Facilities Manager and was promoted to Executive Director of Facilities less than two years later.Having graduated from Grambling State University, Louisiana, with a degree in Computer Science, she spent several years working as an Engineer, in Project Management and Facilities Management, before joining CDP.As the Executive Director of Facilities, Andrea and her team played a pivotal role in the smooth running of CDP’s Support Center and supported dental practices, taking care of everything from designing and building new supported practices, ensuring all health and safety standards are met by conducting onsite health checks, to negotiating contracts with vendors and landlords, and troubleshooting anything in CDP’s daily operations that might hinder the organization’s drive for efficiency and quality.She loves the challenges her role provides but what really lights her up is knowing that she’s part of a company dedicated to serving the underserved and that the work she does genuinely makes a difference in people’s lives.Andrea has 3 children; two girls aged 18 and 16, and an 13-year-old son. When she isn’t spending time with her family, she loves working out and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.
