Making healthcare work smarter — and the people behind it even stronger.Like a lot of great stories, mine started by accident — a happy one. I didn’t plan on a career in healthcare, much less dentistry. But somewhere between managing a dozen moving parts, mentoring new hires, and watching a team go from burned out to high performing, I realized this was it — the work that made me feel alive.Fast forward a decade, and I’ve built a reputation for turning chaos into clarity. I thrive in the thick of it — leading teams through complex projects, implementing systems that actually make sense, and finding the small, human ways to make work work again.I’m not your typical “process improvement” person. I’m a coffee-fueled, big-picture thinker who loves connecting dots between people, data, and goals. My sweet spot is that intersection where collaboration meets action — where an idea becomes a rollout, and a rollout becomes a win for the team, the customer, and the bottom line.What I love most about this field is that it never stands still. Healthcare is constantly evolving, and I get a kick out of helping teams evolve with it — whether it’s improving patient experience, rolling out new tech, or rethinking how we lead and communicate.Outside of work, I’m fiercely protective of mental health — mine and everyone else’s. I believe women are powerhouses (science backs me up), equality isn’t optional, and taking care of yourself should be a bragging right, not a secret.
