Streem was acquired by Frontdoor (NASDAQ: FTDR) in 2019. As one of the first employees, I personally built our HR handbook, benefits, and foundational HR policies and procedures. Reporting directly to the COO, I helped lead the company’s rocket ship growth by 14x, to over 100+ employees, while maintaining high retention and our strong, diverse, and inclusive culture. I bring a strong DEI focus to all I do, and I am a leader and creator of DEI company-wide initiatives. I’m a strategic and innovative HR and Business Operations leader with eight years of professional experience, including translating business vision into HR initiatives that improve performance, profitability, growth, and employee engagement. I’m experienced in managing budgets and operating expenses, including forecasting at the founding team level, through high growth, all the way up to the corporate level, with the executive leadership of a public company.
