I am a results-oriented Project Manager with 10+ years’ experience in execution of EPC Projects in the oil & gas and petrochemical industry. Having worked on several multimillion projects worldwide, both at the Head Quarter and the construction sites (Saudi, Italy, Russia, Azerbaijan, UAE), I have proven experience in different areas, from Project Control to Construction and Project Management. In addition, I have developed multidisciplinary expertise of complex EPC Projects in various multicultural environments, leveraging excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills for an effective management of the Project Team and both internal and external stakeholders.Finally, I have also gained extensive experience on specific activities, among which: Scope & Interfaces, Time & Cost, Risks & Opportunities, Contracts & Subcontracts, Change Order & Claim (EOT and Disruptions).
