Diverse Perspectives projects, including ERG mapping and global initiatives. Co-design a framework for early-career programs to attract, develop, and retain a strong pipeline of young talent. Co-create qualitative interviews with senior executives to explore socio-cultural dimensions of leadership transformation, and inform a global action plan on inclusive management styles. Co-develop a strategic pipeline of interventions to address gender inequality, bias, and glass ceiling phenomena.
