I help people with relationship based sales. In non-corporate mumbo jumbo? I work with people to help them not sound like a typical salesperson. What most people don’t know is what to say in their sales conversations without sounding awkward, pushy, or “salesy.\"The work I do is simple, but not easy:I work with both individuals and organizations on how to turn existing relationships into real momentum. the kind that creates confidence and cash flow with your ideal clientele. Recently, I worked with the Ryan Adams Real Estate Team in Houston. After working with me, they said they had remarkable improvement in their sales conversion metrics from January 2023 to August 2024. The focus was on refining their sales conversations and they achieved significant gains in their KPI\'s ultimately leading to a dramatic increase in closed deals.My experience is in lead generation, lead conversion, leadership, communication skills, business building, sales, mutual funds, financial management, annuities, 401(k)\'s, real estate and securities regulation. I have clocked in over hours in sales conversations or shadowing them. This experience has given me the opportunity to share actionable insights all over the world. The people who see the most success when working with me are those who are looking to book more appointments, convert more conversations and get paid more often without using sales tactics or scripts. This is implemented through workshops, small group training, and keynote speeches.
