As a Senior Learning Strategist I am responsible both for the instructional design of learning solutions (digital, instructor-led, self-directed learning resources, and hybrid) as well as mentorship on the learning team and implementing an innovative, learner-centric strategic learning future. I bring creative learning solutions to the table through collaboration with business leaders, global partners within Allianz, learning facilitators, and learning designers, with the end goal of engaging our learners to drive business results and thrill our customers.
