I am an experienced and versatile CIMA qualified Finance and business leader, best known for having an approachable/hands-on business-partnering style that enables collaboration across boundaries to deliver business performance and impactful change at all levels. I\'ve worked for over 20 years in a global engineering/manufacturing FTSE100 company and have experience spanning customers, suppliers, manufacturing, programme management, engineering, HR and transformation with roles undertaken at all levels up to working directly with the Rolls-Royce Executive Team/Board; my motivation being to truly understand the business drivers, providing me with the knowledge and skills to deliver results and effect change. During this time, I have proven my ability to think both strategically and operationally, often providing insights that can shape and transform business results.
