ABOUT ANDREA DIQUEZ

Andrea has spent the majority of her 25+ year career in New York; however, from 2011 to 2013 she served as CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi Mexico where in just two years she successfully doubled the agency\'s business while also leading them to win numerous international creative and business awards. In 2013, she went back to New York to lead Olay globally. She hired and led teams in Asia, Europe and NA. In 3 years, the business turned around and reported 20% growth after a 7 year decline.In 2016, Andrea was named CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi New York. During her five-year tenure she successfully grew and diversified the client base and, revitalized the creative reputation of the agency.In 2021 she became the CEO of DDB Chicago. In that role, she hired a totally new leadership team which helped the agency grow 35% and win numerous Effectiveness and Creative awards.What sets Andrea apart is her ability to nurture talent and unleash creativity in all forms. She creates an inclusive environment where everyone does their best work and laughs constantly, regardless of how difficult the challenge. With her leadership, her teams have transformed clients’ businesses while earning numerous creative and effectiveness awards along the way including Effies, Cannes Lions, D & AD, Clios and One Show.In 2018, Andrea was selected by AdAge as one of 24 “Women to Watch,” and in 2019 she was selected for the first ever Adweek + ADCOLOR Champions award for influencing diversity and inclusion. In 2024 she was appointed Chair of the Iridium Effie and subsequently named President to the Creative Effectiveness Jury at Cannes Lions in 2025.
