I am a senior director, with a significant experience in real estate. In 25 years of carreer, I had the opportunity to hold positions of responsability, both in companies specialized in real estate investment management (UNIM, Pirelli Real Estate, Enpam Real Estate, RINA Prime), and in large industrial and service groups (Finmeccanica, Poste Italiane), where real estate is a factor of production to be managed and optimized. I am a result-oriented manager, aware that these ones can only be achieved through a careful planning, transparent sharing at all levels and the organization of a great teamwork that values everyone\'s contribution. In this sense I prefer open and direct relational approaches, always oriented to debate, where I often rely on the organizational and technical experience, consolidated over time and on the knowledge of economic and financial management, derived from my first working experience as a consultant and auditor.Focus on environmental issues and passion for new technologies are key elements for me. I like to promote innovation, as result of analysis of internal and external needs in the business context and therefore aimed at achieving precise targets.
