Key Projects. & ()Played a key role in the quality assurance of NEXI Group’s web portal, focusing on merchant onboarding, management of SoftPos and physical terminals, as well as the testing of KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes. Ensured compliance with regulatory standards and validated the accuracy and reliability of onboarding workflows.Key responsibilities included- Analyzing Epics and User Stories to define test criteria- Supporting the creation of test plans- Writing and executing end-to-end (E2E) tests- Managing bugs tracking and their resolution.The project followed Agile methodology and was supported by tools such as Jira and Salesforce.()Led quality assurance efforts for Credit Agricole’s management software, with a focus on- Analyzing Product Backlog Items (PBIs) for test case creation- Writing and performing frontend manual tests- Planning and executing Non-Regression Testing (NRT)-Managing bug tracking and resolution-Supporting the creation of detailed test reports.This project employed a hybrid methodology, combining Waterfall and Agile principles, and was supported by Azure DevOps.
