Actual data at EBITDA level with deviations of less than 1% compared toforecast scenarios• Controlling: preparation of a set of daily and monthly analyses relating to cash flowand the main income statement items such as sales, personnel costs and the salesnetwork, contributing to the correct understanding of company performance• Reporting: designed and developed a reporting system with daily and monthly KPIsrelated to sales, personnel costs, monthly closings also through a Power BI systemsuch as Qliksense;
