I work at the intersection of humanitarian-development reform, systems thinking, ethical tech, and people- and ecosystem-centered design — facilitating organisations rethink how to approach change in a complex and interdependent world. While current reforms focus on localisation, funding, and digitalisation, deeper, structural gaps remain — especially around power, participation, and the failure to treat the humanitarian-development system as part of a wider, dynamic ecosystem.With a background in managing integrated food security programmes, human- and ecosystem-centred project and tech design, I focus on addressing critical gaps in humanitarian-development systems: from tokenistic participation and extractive tech use to the lack of systemic reflexivity, digital accountability, and contextual understanding.My niche lies in enabling organisations and stakeholders to- Reflect critically on systemic blind spots- Integrate ethical, inclusive, and adaptive design- Co-create more resilient, context-aware, and future-fit international systemsMy mission is to support the co-creation and co-design of more resilient, accountable, and future-ready systems - grounded in empathy, local insight, and structural honesty.
