I\'m the leader of the IT Operation Support team composed by 9 people, located in different italian cities. Me and my team are responsible of the entire Production environment (Telematics and Manufacturing applications). We follow different activities- Account/Access Management- Incident/SR Management- Problem/Outage Management- Manage communications with customers about any PROD activities with impact(release, maintenance, outage)- Manage and coordinate different Suppliers on PROD activities (BAU, escalation, SLA.)- Manage purchase orders for any licensed applications and/or suppliers maintenance fee- Coordinate business critical activities (new functionality, new processes, business simulations)- Release Management (coordinate CM team and PROD team)- Continuous Improvements (monitoring tools, application efficiency.) creating/configuring script, applications, architecture and/or infrastructure to improve the overall service availability- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows and automations in our Jira instance
